We rely upon donations to assist us with making social and human services resources and programs available to underserved individuals and at-risk communities. We are extremely grateful to generous donors and sponsors whose donations reaches beyond a tangible result to make a difference in other people's lives, especially youth that have the passion to leave a legacy that impacts thousand of others.

HIV/AIDS/STI Prevention Fund

Before we can stop any epidemic, we first have to recognize the magnitude of the disease. HIV is still a threat across the United States. And even though there are treatments to help people with HIV live longer than ever before, AIDS is a significant health issue from which people are still dying. This is remains a critical need that you can immediately impact.

Chronic Disease Prevention Fund

All gifts designated to The Chronic Disease Prevention Fund support our comprehensive healthcare program designed to promote disease prevention and healthy lifestyles in Communities of Color.

Sponsor a Youth

Your sponsorship can create positive live outcomes for youth through our youth development and leadership program.  Youth are our leaders of today not tomorrow. Sponsor a youth today!

Relapse Prevention Fund

Individuals and families address substance abuse.

The Proactive Community Services Operating Fund

These necessary funds support the infrastructure that keeps our organization operating efficiently enabling us to increase our impact for those served.  Gifts to this fund will also be used for capacity building, development initiatives, and organizational expansion.
