Our Mission
Our mission is built on a foundational belief of human dignity that ensures our services enrich and make a difference in the lives of individuals, families, and youth. This sense of mission has translated into a unique approach of service delivery, dedication to others, and cultural awareness and sensitivity specific to disadvantage individuals as well as distressed communities. The agency is committed to rendering integrated care solutions to address health and social service concerns for disadvantaged individuals. The organization’s mission clearly demonstrates its commitment to making a difference for the often marginalized individuals served...to improve health and social inequalities for disadvantaged minority adults, families, and youth in Southern Cook County Illinois through programs that empower individuals to take actions that increase the quality and years of healthy life and eliminate health and social disparities.
